  2. X Diadochi Total War. Greek total war is a mod among the oldest mods, intended to give the Hellenistic factions more room and units in the game, a true consistency. After a first opus, very 'vanilla-like', the mod reached its final version with XGM diadochi which makes it a true, deep modification (new map, buildings, units, etc.).

Countering Pesky Flankers

by Terikel7064/28/2016 7:10 AM

Are you losing too many men in your march to victory, due to the Lord AI flanking your troops time and again? Hannibal the Conqueror gives some good advice on how to smack down those pesky flankers and stick it to them.
You may peruse his article here, and leave youor comments on this thread.
Thanks to Hannibal for the new article.

Rome in Multiplayer

by Terikel7063/27/2016 12:22 PM

KimJongLi writes here a solid article on how to get the most out of the Roman factions online, playing Multi-player. What units work best, which do not work at all, which are wastes of denarii and which provide value above and beyond. Also how to set up your armies to take advantage of these strengths, minimize your weaknesses, and kick ass all voer the grassy flats.
You can leave your comments and praise on the Discussion Thread.

Happy Holidays

by Terikel70612/25/2015 6:35 AM

On behalf of the entire Total War Team here at Heaven Games, I would like to wish all our visitors and forummers a very happy holiday season.
Be advised that I have it on really good authority (when he is not too deep in his horns, Thor is actualy quite good at predicting weather and such) that the Sun is indeed beginning to return. The days are getting longer as Sol comes closer after his visit to Far Far Away.
But first, Loki and Jack Frost get to blast us with six weeks of cold. Six weeks. After that, Sol will close enough to warm our hearts, and the days long enough to track down our mates. Those of us who followed the Breeding Season last year found their mates in high summer, and thus we should expect a new crowd of future forummers here by the equinox, at least fifteen years hence.
Or not. Modern Medicine has a way of changing what was meant to be into what we want.
Anyway, Happy Holidays from all of us.
